Materials Estimator Specialist

FLOOR360 seeks an experienced Materials Estimator Specialist to join our team of professionals. This role involves utilizing computer software programs to determine material and labor requirements for residential and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A high school diploma is required, with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel also necessary.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with an outstanding benefits package and a progressive company culture. Annual salary begins at $40,000 and could be higher based on qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Import construction documents into measure software programs.
- Create material and labor product information, including description, color, and size.
- Review construction documents and materials to bid.
- Flag potential inaccuracies or concerns.
- Read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, specs, addenda, and RFIs.
- Research plans and specifications to determine any special material requirements.
