  • Safety – Strive for zero accidents by utilizing all assigned protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols. Propose enhancements to safety measures. Report all incidents immediately and fully cooperate with investigations.
  • Quality – Fabricate components according to customer specifications and detailed drawings; ensure that parts meet functional and fitting standards through testing and quality control checks before proceeding to the next stage.
  • Schedule – Adhere to promised delivery timelines by executing tasks promptly and efficiently.
  • Efficiency – Reduce manufacturing costs by effectively utilizing time, materials, and equipment. Recommend methods to lower expenses and enhance productivity.
  • Equipment – Keep all tools, machinery, and supplies in optimal, safe working condition. Report any issues or discrepancies without delay.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience, including layout and welding.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting structural fabrication drawings.
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts, including basic geometry and trigonometry.
  • Capable of using judgment to plan, execute, and make decisions regarding the sequence of setups, operations, and processes within recognized methods and procedures.
  • Alignment with and commitment to company values.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technical disciplines related to welding, machine operation, material identification, etc.
  • Self-motivated – able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve objectives.
  • Adept at interpreting data to draw conclusions even when complete information is not available.
Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Fabricates and assembles materials for various types of finished products according to detailed drawings, ensuring safety and efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.
