JCG Adult Health is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Healthcare Provider to join our team in Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and compassionate Advanced Healthcare Provider to provide primary care services to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating acute, episodic or chronic illnesses, prescribing medications and treatments, and performing comprehensive physical examinations.
Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Treatment: Diagnose and treat patients with acute, episodic or chronic illnesses, utilizing your expertise in nursing practice and clinical decision-making.
- Medication Management: Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments, ensuring that patients receive evidence-based care.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform comprehensive physical examinations, including vital signs, medical histories, and physical assessments.
- Patient Education: Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to take control of their care.
- Collaboration and Referral: Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Strong Clinical Skills: Possess excellent diagnostic and treatment skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Leadership Qualities: Exhibit strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve shared goals.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. JCG Adult Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
