Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a float position between several of our centers located in northeastern Albuquerque, NM. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of $112,000 - $120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers. You will work closely with our Center Leadership Team to achieve our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care, working collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve our mission, and providing primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred. In states where practice allows, an APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice is required.
