CNC Machinist

Masaba Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and be proficient in programming and nesting plasma tables, tube lasers, flat lasers, and press brakes using CAD and CAM software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and nests to meet production specifications, maintaining detailed documentation of all programming activities, and troubleshooting and resolving programming issues during production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs and nests for plasma tables, tube lasers, flat lasers, and press brakes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all programming activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues during production.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements.
• Meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience with sheet metal and/or structural steel fabrication.
• Proficient in CAD and/or CAM software (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD, Boost, OmniWIN).
• Basic knowledge of Global Shop or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
