Qualifications:

Role Overview:
The Unarmed Security Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at designated locations. Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and via vehicle, to ensure safety.
  • Monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities or individuals.
  • Documenting incidents through detailed reports.
  • Maintaining daily activity logs.
  • Enforcing site-specific rules and regulations.
  • Responding promptly to emergencies requiring security intervention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Securing property and personnel through vigilant patrols and surveillance monitoring.
  • Preventing losses by identifying and reporting irregularities.
  • Logging all traffic entering and exiting the site as per established procedures.
  • Providing assistance and direction to individuals regarding security matters.
  • Monitoring activities in designated areas to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Reporting any safety hazards or unusual occurrences.
  • Conducting inspections of vehicles as required.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to safety protocols.

Essential Functions:
To fulfill the requirements of this position, the following duties are essential:
  • Executing security protocols as outlined in the Post Order Manual.
  • Conducting patrols and identifying potential security threats.
  • Writing clear and accurate incident reports during shifts.
  • Understanding and implementing site-specific policies and emergency procedures.
  • Participating in required training and orientation programs.
  • Responding to incidents in accordance with established protocols.
