Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide uninterrupted observation of patients to ensure a safe environment.
  • Regulate access to patient care areas, screening visitors and their belongings for potential hazards.
  • Remove and limit access to objects that could be used for self-harm, especially during extended stays.
  • Stay vigilant for concerning behaviors, especially during off-peak hours.
  • Offer protective services for clinical staff when patients pose a danger to themselves or others.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of security experience.
  • Healthcare, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
  • High school diploma, GED, equivalent or above.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.
  • COVID 19 Vaccination and client mandated medical onboarding.
