Job Summary:
Carolina Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Worker - Facilities Specialist to join our team in Whiteville, NC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including general repairs, yard work, and cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and minor carpentry work.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including indoor and outdoor areas.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Perform yard work, such as mowing, trimming, and landscaping.
- Assist with other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance work or a related field.
- Ability to perform a wide range of manual tasks and use various tools and equipment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug test.
