We are seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team at Soliant. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and mental health needs of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred students to identify areas of need and develop recommendations for appropriate school programs.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team and Child Study Team meetings to work with teachers and staff to develop plans to meet the needs of students.
- Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Attend IEP and other planning meetings to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Group and Individual Therapy: Provide group and individual therapy sessions to support students' mental health and well-being.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience working in schools or pediatric offices is preferred.
- Licensure: Texas Psychology License is required.
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 37 hours per week
