Pacific Coast Building Products is seeking a skilled Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist warehouse personnel in loading and unloading trucks, and receiving materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Expedite the loading and unloading of customer and company vehicles.
- Receive and carry out customer order instructions, including delivery sequences.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers and job sites.
- Complete pre-job site assessments prior to unloading company trucks at job sites.
- Deliver materials to job sites and customers in a safe and efficient manner, according to safety guidelines established.
Requirements
- Must have a valid CDL driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Valid CDL permit with a clean driving record and interest in company-sponsored training.
- Career goals of becoming a CDL driver, valid driver's license, and ability to complete company-sponsored training program while working as a material handler.
