Nurse Care Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bethesda Health.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing and monitoring residents' health status, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and coordinating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
You will also be responsible for accurately documenting all assessments and interventions, critically responding to changes in patients' conditions, and maintaining high standards of care. Effective communication with residents and their families is essential in this role, as you will work closely with them to ensure their educational and environmental needs are met.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will be an integral part of our team's efforts to provide exceptional patient care and services. You will be required to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
What We OfferBethesda Health offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403b plan, daily pay, bonuses, career advancement opportunities, and holiday pay.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state where you will be working
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift heavy objects, and transfer patients safely
