Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Ethica Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Transport patients to and from dining areas and assist with feeding, promoting a safe and dignified experience.
  • Monitor and report patient health observations, including skin integrity, elimination, pain management, and sleep patterns.
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and weight.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a positive and caring environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to call lights, and greeting visitors.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Georgia.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone etiquette and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Embracing the values and standards of Ethica Health, with a commitment to exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, supervisors, and colleagues.
