Diagnostic Imaging Specialist Job Description

**Job Summary**

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment. Your primary goal will be to provide quality care to patients of all age groups, from newborn to elderly, according to department standards.

**Responsibilities**

* Perform diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment
* Provide quality care to patients of all age groups
* Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period
* Other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**

* Formal 2-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school
* Minimum 2 years of experience in CT Scan components
* American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in computed tomography
* State license if required
* American Heart Association BLS
* CT registry within 6 months
