Claims Processor

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Processor to join our team at Elite Care Rx, a leading Pharmaceutical and Claim Management Company in Oviedo, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless claim processing, resolving billing errors, and communicating effectively with insurance carriers and providers.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in medical billing or claim processing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask. A college degree is preferred but not required. We offer competitive wages based on experience, starting from $55,000 per annum, negotiable based on performance.

In this role, you will:

• Utilize A/R reports to identify past-due accounts and contact insurance carriers to verify claim information and status of payment.
• Receive payment on delinquent orders through correcting and resubmitting claims with billing errors and drafting formal appeals to overturn denials.
• Organize daily workflow and follow up on accounts as necessary, escalating unpaid prescriptions when needed.
