Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Distribution Center Trainer to join our team at Kenco Logistics Services, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for training employees on warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Train new employees on warehouse operations, including equipment usage and safety protocols.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Develop and maintain training materials and programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Possess a valid forklift operator's license.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
