Job Description:

The Director of Technical Excellence will lead a large global team responsible for consulting delivery and customer success at Autodesk. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to drive transformational and implementation services that foster strong customer relationships and successful adoption of Autodesk solutions.

About the Role:
  1. Lead a large team across the globe (>300 People), responsible for Consulting Delivery, and more broadly contributing to overall customer success and adoption.
  2. Identify and define the strategic Technical Advisory requirements (service lines & roles); build capacity plans to meet global customer needs.
  3. Define and oversee execution plans, including budget allocation, resource prioritization, coverage strategies, & executive leadership that ensures annual revenue delivery >$100M and successful adoption of Autodesk solutions.
  4. Engage with senior customer executives to demonstrate Autodesk thought leadership, co-create strategic plans, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure positive customer experience and value delivery.
