Job Opportunity

WellStone Inc is seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team as a Crisis Line Specialist. This is a full-time position that requires empathy, effective communication, and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess caller risk of suicide via telephone and provide therapeutic de-escalation as needed.
  • Provide crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services via telephone.
  • Develop appropriate crisis plans and refer callers to relevant resources.
  • Attend meetings and complete documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain current knowledge of crisis, trauma, and grief counseling.
