The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the quality team to create and maintain standards for manufactured products. Key responsibilities include managing the internal audit function, driving continuous improvement, and participating in cross-functional teams to develop PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.

The successful candidate will have experience with FMEAs, Process Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions. They will also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong project management skills, and leadership abilities.
