Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort facilities, including plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, and carpentry.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to resort operations.
  • Assist in overseeing the property grounds, public areas, and hotel guest rooms, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure seamless resort operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of building maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry minimum of 50lbs; must be in good physical condition.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of safety requirements and OSHA standards; ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
