Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team on a travel assignment in a leading children's hospital in New York.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week Ultrasound Sonographer travel assignment, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing ultrasound procedures with precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Transport patients as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Sonographer preferred.
  • Other certifications may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and use PC skills.
  • Physical abilities: remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment, pushing, pulling, bending.
