Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Intermittent physical activity, including walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting at least 50 pounds (with assistance when needed), and supporting residents.
  • Training and Certification: Certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Health or certification from a state other than Pennsylvania with proof of transferring certification to Pennsylvania. Possession of a valid CPR card is required.
  • Additional Requirements: Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support.
