Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to our operations. While we function as a large organization, we maintain a family-oriented atmosphere. A significant portion of our positions are filled through internal promotions, and we support our TEAM Members in gaining diverse experiences across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently palletize, count, and organize egg flats on fiber.
  • Pack eggs according to breed specifications for delivery pallets based on load documentation.
  • Utilize mechanical or powered pallet jacks for loading and unloading palletized eggs and supplies.
  • Prepare egg supplies by assembling clean SST supplies, flats, and baskets for contract haulers to replenish contract growers' facilities.
Qualifications:
  • Capability to repeatedly lift weights of up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
  • Experience in moving 4000 lb pallets using mechanical pallet jacks.
  • Basic mathematical skills essential for palletizing tasks.
  • Commitment to meeting company productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Compliance with company pallet jack certification standards.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliability in attending work as scheduled and punctuality in performing job duties.
  • Capacity to work in a cold environment and stand for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
