Speech Language Pathologist / SLP

About the Role:

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a skilled Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to provide high-quality rehabilitative services to individuals in need of speech and language therapy.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans to meet the unique needs of patientsProvide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disordersCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient careMaintain accurate and detailed patient recordsStay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:
