We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CLASSroom Observation Specialist to join our Observation team to conduct Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) observations in Infant, Toddler, and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms across the State of Virginia. As a CLASSroom Observation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting on-site observations, collecting data, and providing feedback to educators. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct CLASS observations in Infant, Toddler, and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms
- Collect and analyze data to inform educator practice
- Provide constructive feedback to educators
- Participate in ongoing calibration and training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working with young children and educators
- Knowledge of the CLASS tool and observation protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
