Manufacturing IT Manager Job Description

The Manufacturing IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, cyber security, application management, information systems, and ERP for H3 Manufacturing Group, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the networking and systems administration to ensure high-performance and reliability.
  • Ensure cyber security measures are in place and up-to-date to protect against threats.
  • Manage and maintain applications to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee the information systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Manage and maintain the Epicor ERP system to streamline operations and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems are integrated and functioning properly.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, systems administration, cyber security, application management, information systems, and ERP.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
