The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on wage and hour class action cases.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including both single plaintiff and class action cases.
- Provide expert legal advice and counseling on employment law matters to clients.
- Utilize strong research and analytical skills to address complex legal issues.
- Collaborate with the Labor and Employment team to develop and implement legal strategies.
**Requirements:**
- Admitted to the State Bar of California.
- 3 or more years of specific experience in labor and employment law.
- Proven expertise in wage and hour class action cases.
- Strong academic credentials.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of $237,750, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
