Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
  1. Delivering person-centered care and support to clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  2. Conducting regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
  3. Collaborating with other staff members to ensure effective communication and a unified approach to client care.
  4. Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  5. Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality care and safety.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • CPR/First Aid certification and ability to obtain Medication Administration Certification within 4 months.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
