Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant/HHA to provide exceptional care and service to our residents in a home-like setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with residents and families on a daily basis, utilizing strong customer service skills to ensure an exceptional stay.
  • Handle advanced directives and end-of-life care with sensitivity and compassion.
  • Follow the Resident Care Standards and Practices to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
  • Requirements:
    • Valid CNA license required.
    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment.
    • Understand advanced directives and end-of-life care.
    • Understand the nursing function in assisted living.
    • Understand quality of care objectives.
    • Understand quality of life objectives.
    • Prior experience working with individuals with dementia is desired.
