Mixology Expert

Sahm's Restaurant is seeking an experienced Mixology Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in crafting unique beverage experiences.

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests seated at the bar and in dining areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests and offering drink recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and efficiently process guest payments.
• Ensure all customers meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
• Replenish bar inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Indiana Liquor License.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to multitask effectively.

• Prior customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
