Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Compassionate Care: Offer advice and support to residents and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Monitor and Administer Care: Monitor residents' health and administer medication and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Document Resident Records: Accurately document care services provided to residents, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to facility standards.
  • Infection Control and Safety: Protect residents and staff by following infection control policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to resolve resident needs and ensure quality care is delivered.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of care, adhering to facility policies and procedures, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Team Player: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Current License: Hold a current New York State RN License, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience and Skills: Possess long-term care experience, with solid computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a friendly and strong team worker attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.
