Machine Maintenance Technician Job Description

The Machine Maintenance Technician is a critical role that requires a high level of mechanical and electrical expertise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our electronic and hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Disassemble and repair or replace broken parts, and clean and lubricate equipment as needed.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex problems and issues.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in machine maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including complex equipment.
  • Proficiency in basic hand tools and power tools, as well as machine tools and their use.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
