About the Role

The Mammography Technologist is a key member of our Imaging team, responsible for performing mammography exams, screening and diagnostic studies, and needle localizations to aid in the diagnosis of disease and injury. This role also involves providing patient education and conducting quality assessment activities under the direction of the Imaging Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Perform mammography exams, screening and diagnostic studies, and needle localizations
  • Provide patient education on mammography procedures and results
  • Conduct quality assessment activities to ensure high-quality imaging
  • Collaborate with the Imaging Manager to ensure smooth operation of the mammography department
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A.R.R.T. Radiography registration with current ODH licensure
  • Completion of advanced registry in Mammography within 18 months of hire date
  • Previous mammography experience is preferred
