Job Requirements

We're seeking a seasoned Poker Floor Supervisor to lead our gaming floor operations. This role involves overseeing up to seven gaming tables, handling fills/credits according to regulations and policies, promoting excellent guest relations, and collaborating with the shift manager.

You'll create a positive and professional atmosphere for staff and guests, ensuring open communication and conflict resolution. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional gaming experiences, this role is ideal for you

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operation of up to seven gaming tables, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Handle fills/credits according to regulations and policies, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
  • Promote excellent guest relations by addressing questions or resolving disputes.
  • Collaborate with the shift manager to schedule dealer work and ensure adequate equipment is available.
  • Develop a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum six months dealing experience and relevant licensure.
  • Knowledge of pull tab operations, State of Washington Gambling regulations, and rules.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and guests.
  • Professional appearance and personal hygiene.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Superior guest relation skills.
Compensation
  • $60,000 - $75,000 per year (salary range based on experience).
  • 80 hours Paid Time Off.
