Job SummaryWe're seeking a Per Diem Occupational Health Physician to join our team. As a Per Diem Occupational Health Physician, you'll be responsible for managing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and evaluating, treating, and following up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions.
You'll work closely with our in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to provide high-quality care. We're looking for a physician with a passion for human-centered primary care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Responsibilities- Manage patients with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
- Evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions
- Conduct testing and treatment for infectious and hazardous material exposures in the workplace
- Provide in-office and tele-health visits
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine residency program
- Occupational Health or Workers Comp experience required
- Board Certified in Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
- State licensed in CA, obtained before start date
We offer a competitive hourly rate, with additional pay for candidates who exceed specified qualifications and requirements. Our total compensation package may also include benefits.
