Job Overview

About the Role:

  • To provide high-quality resident care, following established procedures and protocols.
  • To work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Providing vital sign checks, weight measurements, and other essential care tasks.
  • Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages.
  • Supporting residents with mobility and transferring them safely.
  • Recording resident information, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Participating in facility committees and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our facility's policies and procedures.
