Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional patient care and support. As a RN, you will be responsible for conducting patient visits, assessing nursing needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient visits to assess nursing needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and education
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, vocational nurses, and home health aides as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
  • Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma
  • 1+ years of nursing experience
  • CPR certification or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of being hired
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
  • Ability to travel long distances and adapt to frequently changing schedules
