As we broaden our reach across the region, we are in search of a compassionate and skilled Cardiovascular Care Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dynamic team.
Position Details- Role: Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant-C or Nurse Practitioner)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating on-call responsibilities
- Work Environment: Option for 100% clinic-based or hospital-based practice
- Clinical Responsibilities: Engaging in direct patient care, collaborating with fellow APPs and physicians, ordering diagnostic tests, managing patient prescriptions, and coordinating referrals to specialists as necessary.
- Acute Care Responsibilities: Participating in hospital consultations and rounding in collaboration with cardiologists and other healthcare providers. Duties include documenting patient histories, ordering appropriate tests, managing medications, supervising stress tests, and fulfilling additional orders as required.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork with other Advanced Practice Nurses and Cardiologists in both clinical and hospital settings.
- Compensation: Competitive salary along with an attractive benefits package, tailored to the experience and status of the provider.
- Experience in cardiovascular care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Board Certification is required for either Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license as a PA or Nurse Practitioner.
- Commitment to patient satisfaction and quality of care is essential.
- Must be a collaborative team player with a patient-centered approach.
