Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Clinic Based

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a clinic-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for varying populations and disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine treatment effectiveness and progress towards goals
Educate and train families on speech and language techniques and strategies
Supervise SLPAs and SLP-CFs in compliance with CA Board standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive quality services and goals are met

Requirements:
Current and unrestricted licensure to work in CA from CA Board of Speech Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers
Current and unrestricted Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
