**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled In Room Dining Server to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner. As an In Room Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and unique.

**About the Role**

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our culinary team to prepare and serve delicious meals in the comfort of our guests' rooms.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to prepare and serve meals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance, as well as stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
