The Instrument Test Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. They are responsible for recognizing and elevating equipment and product problems, contributing to the achievement of production goals. Utilizing validated software and systems, they maintain processes, batch records, and inventory control. Ensuring all production-related documentation is in compliance with quality system regulations.

Key responsibilities include assembling products of varying complexity, training new employees, and sharing best practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to identify opportunities that drive business growth.

They must be able to independently and effectively troubleshoot routine test failures to the subassembly level and resolve unusual/complex test failures with assistance from more experienced technicians or technical support.


Education/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED, required
Associates Degree, preferred.
2 years relevant technical work experience, preferably in a GMP environment.
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment, required.
Experience with validated software systems used to maintain Quality, Inventory, and Processes, required.
Familiarity with sensors, motors, cylinders, etc., and with use of hand tools and test equipment, required.
