Main Duties:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for branch managers and the contact center, ensuring they receive necessary marketing materials and updates on upcoming initiatives.

  • Maintain operational integrity of the website and application, working closely with IT teams.
  • Lead the creation and documentation of marketing processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
