Main Duties:
- Support the tracking and analysis of all marketing campaigns to assess return on investment and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting expenditures.
- Serve as the primary liaison for branch managers and the contact center, ensuring they receive necessary marketing materials and updates on upcoming initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring compliance with brand standards and audience targeting.
- Maintain operational integrity of the website and application, working closely with IT teams.
- Lead the creation and documentation of marketing processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
