Job Overview
Humboldt Park Health is seeking a skilled Medical Registration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining clinical, demographic, and insurance information from patients, accurately entering data into the computer system, and verifying insurance benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and enter patient information into the computer system
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary prior approvals
- Schedule patients in the Meditech CWS module according to departmental guidelines
- Quote flat rate amounts to physicians and patients

Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience in medical registration
- Third-party eligibility and general knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 40 WPM

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
