We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at Search Solution Group. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization by ensuring effective and efficient operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day activities and functions of our Data Center to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Process Improvement: Ensure efficient utilization of resources and implement process improvements to drive business growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor Objective Key Results (OKRs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate operational risks, developing and implementing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., facilities maintenance, human resources, inventory) to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
- Financial Management: Manage the operational budget and ensure financial goals are met, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance for executive leadership, conducting data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in an operations leadership role.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working successfully with cross-functional and decentralized teams, and strong P&L knowledge and control.
- Personal Qualities: Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and motivate others, excellent time management skills, and a hands-on approach to driving results.
