Job Title: Site Surveyor

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys using a Riegl VZ-400i Scanner, drafting with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and troubleshooting computer systems. This is a full-time position based in Boca Raton, Florida, offering competitive pay and strong benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys using Riegl VZ-400i Scanner
- Draft with AutoCAD Civil 3D, preferably with survey experience
- Troubleshoot and work with computers, specifically Windows-based systems
- Work in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Lift weights ranging from 50 to 100 lbs, including the scanner and structure lids

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Riegl VZ-400i Scanner
- Minimum of 1 year experience drafting with AutoCAD Civil 3D, survey experience preferred
- Driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Preferred experience with Conventional Survey Level, GPS survey equipment, Riegl RiSCAN Pro, Leica 3D Scanner (P50), Leica Cyclone, Leica CloudWorx, and Microsoft Excel

Compensation:
This is a competitive salary position, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, this role also offers strong benefits.
