ScionHealth - Community Care Hospital Division is in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Infection Control. This role is pivotal in ensuring the health and safety of our team members through diligent monitoring and evaluation.

Role Summary
This position entails the assessment and surveillance of health conditions among staff, alongside the systematic tracking and reporting of relevant data. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of infection prevention principles and will be responsible for the execution and management of the hospital's Infection Control program.
Essential Duties
The Registered Nurse will:
- Administer pre-employment health assessments and analyze results to determine candidates' fitness for their respective roles.
- Facilitate physical examinations for candidates when necessary.
- Evaluate the need for reasonable accommodations based on any disclosed physical limitations.
- Review and interpret results from drug screenings and health questionnaires.
- Conduct Tuberculosis testing and screening, as well as review immunization records and obtain necessary immunity titers.
- Perform Fit Testing for candidates with potential patient contact.
Infection Control Tasks
Develop and refine isolation protocols and procedures in line with contemporary standards and regulations. Actively participate in maintaining a safe and compliant healthcare environment.
