Efficiently respond to incoming calls while maintaining the highest service quality.

Manage inbound calls aimed at enhancing business through customer satisfaction and retention.

Address general patient inquiries with courtesy and patience.

Confirm, schedule, and reschedule appointments as needed.

Follow up with patients regarding their scheduled appointments.

Update patient information accurately.

Collect and verify insurance details.

Make outbound calls to patients and healthcare facilities.

Manage online appointment requests.

Respond to email inquiries.

Send task messages to clinics.

Skills Required:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with a strong focus on data entry accuracy and scheduling systems (EMR/EHR).

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not mandatory.

Maintain a professional and confidential work ethic, ensuring patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Ability to manage multiple incoming calls in a fast-paced environment.

Strong multitasking skills and capability to navigate various systems simultaneously.

A positive and cheerful demeanor.

Demonstrated critical thinking abilities.

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Collaborate courteously with all departments to enhance the patient experience.

ALL SHIFTS OPERATE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST)

Current Shifts Available:
Monday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Tuesday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
