We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a multi-state territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the medical device industry, and be able to drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with distribution channel partners to drive sales growth and achieve mutual goals.
- Provide product training, education, and support to healthcare professionals and distribution partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM daily to manage opportunities and pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of selling experience in Medical Device/Acute Care.
- Demonstrated experience with metrics to drive sales, proficiency with CRM systems/tools.
- Experience selling to Infection Prevention and Critical Care is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a self-motivating, face-paced results-oriented environment, while maintaining current on latest technology, identifying new marketing trends.
- Strong team leadership skills including project management, multi-tasking, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Also, knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory.
