About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Sports Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading fun and educational soccer activities for children, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead soccer classes for children, promoting a fun and non-competitive atmosphere
  • Use individual attention to ensure every child has success and reaches their full potential
  • Implement positive reinforcement techniques to encourage children to improve and celebrate their achievements
  • Work collaboratively with other Coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality program
  • Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual to continuously improve coaching skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a sports coaching or teaching role
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including after-school hours and weekends
  • Availability to work on some weekdays (9:00-6:00) and weekends (9:00-1:00)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
