  • Collaborate with the Purchasing and Quality Assurance Teams to verify that ingredients meet nutritional standards.

  • Work alongside marketing and sales teams to leverage nutritional expertise for sales enhancement.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD in Animal Nutrition, with a focus on Companion Animal Nutrition preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of canine and feline nutrition and related fields.
  • Proven experience in formulating pet food recipes, including dry, wet, treats, and canned varieties.
  • Familiarity with dry food manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as part of a team.
