Position Summary:
The Painter role is essential for ensuring the upkeep of painting and wallpapering across the property. This position plays a vital role in supporting the organization's objectives, vision, mission, and values.

The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Organizing and prioritizing all painting and wallpaper maintenance tasks throughout the property.
- Upholding the safety standards and OSHA regulations within the paint shop and work areas by adhering to safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring proper storage of paints and chemicals, utilizing personal protective equipment as needed, and reporting potential hazards.
- Managing and controlling inventory levels for all essential tools and equipment according to established standards.
- Communicating effectively with all departments regarding status updates and relevant information, including guests, department managers, and fellow team members.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in painting.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Experience in a club or resort setting is preferred.
- Most tasks are performed indoors, with a controlled environment; however, the ability to work in extreme temperatures, such as kitchens, is necessary.
- Position requires mobility and the ability to stand for extended periods, with tasks varying in duration.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs regularly and occasionally pushing/pulling equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.
- Involves various physical activities including bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching.
- Requires manual dexterity for operating necessary equipment and performing tasks effectively.
